The Government of Thailand in the International Postgraduate Program provides scholarships for international students 2022-2023. The Thailand government scholarship will help you earn a living allowance, a tuition fee.
The Thailand International Program for postgraduate was launched in 2000 to provide partnerships for start-up partners. We believe that knowledge sharing is an important pillar of South-South cooperation, and TIPP provides opportunities for Thailand and its partners to share experiences and positive actions that will contribute to sustainable development for all.
The aim is to share Thailand's best practices and global experience, AITC training and TIPP scholarships focusing on the developmental aspects of our technology that can be categorized into five categories namely; Climate change, food security, public health, other topics related to sustainable development goals and the Economy of Philosophy Enough or SEP Thailand are pleased to introduce it as a key theme.
Through its annual training course with the Thailand Postgraduate Program, TICA believes that we are doing our part to make a contribution to Thailand’s future and all over the world development. The purpose of Thailand Government for this scholarship is to provide better skills and knowledge for international student with their professional lectures.

Thailand Government Scholarship Benefits
The Thailand Government Scholarship beneficiaries:
- will provide tickets and Airport Transportation Services.
- Will provide home trip in Thailand
- Will provide living allowance of 7,000 Baht per month.
- Will provide accommodation allowance are 7000 Baht per month for the student's that study in the province and 9000 Baht per month for student that study in Bangkok and Phuket.
- Will provide the settlement fee that amounting to 6,000 Baht during the arrival period.
- Will provide book allowance that amounting to10,000 Baht per year but for Only 4 semesters of Master's degree
- will provide 20,000 Baht for work or information collection and 12,000 Baht for printing or 8000 Baht for private study (IS).
- Will provide the tuition Fees with partnership with TICA

Eligibility criteria for a Thailand government scholarship
To be eligible for the Thai Government Scholarship, a candidate must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be fluent in English and you studied your Bachelor's degree in English but for those applicants that English is not their home country language must have to pass the English proficiency test and provide the certificate to prove their proficiency.
- Thailand scholarship is allowed for specific countries click on link to view it List of Eligible Countries
- Candidates must be selected by the National Focal Point for International Development cooperation in the country that meet the TIPP requirements.
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and any related professional experience.
- Candidates must be working in the area related to the courses offered
- Applicants Age must be under 50.
- Candidates must be health in both physical and mental.
- You do not have to violate any rules and regulation that are related to this scholarship.
- Other requirements besides this will be considered by the university instructions
How to Apply for Thailand Government Scholarship
Please follow all the instructions below to apply for a Thailand government scholarship:
1. Candidates must fill out the application form on the TICA Website
2. You must be nominated by the National Focal Point for international cooperation. Nomination will be made by following the rules and regulations of the nominating country.
3. Please prepare and provide 1 original and two 2 copies of each document are as follows:
- TIPP Application Forms (Download Here)
- Document of Medical report
- Copy of Undergraduate degree that show the course you have learned
- Bachelor's degree certificate
- English proficiency test scores like IELTS, Duolingo, TOEFL etc.
- Recommendation letter of three people.
- Recommendation for Thesis or other documents (as required by the University), this documents must be in English and must approved by candidate's supervisor and National Focal Point for International Corporation. every allowed country must select five candidates every academic program.
4.The application process will end when TICA receives a hard copy of the application form and other related documents through the Royal Thailand Embassy / Permanent Mission of Thailand to the United Nations / Royal Thai Consulate - General Approved in Qualified Countries / Territories.
