Eligibility criteria for the Bilkent University Scholarship

To be eligible for the Bilkent University Scholarship, a candidate must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be fluent in English with the proof of English proficiency test certificates from one of the following international English test: TOEFL IBT for at least 87 score, IELTS for at least 6.5 versus 5.5 per unit or Bilkent COPE for at least C.
• All countries of the world are allowed to apply for this scholarship.
• You must hold a Bachelor's degree in order to apply for a Master's degree program and applicants are supposed to hold Master's degree in order to apply for the doctorate program and both must have a score of about 2.80/4.00 CGPA at the time of application.
• If you are a Turkish citizen living in Turkey: ALES scores are required with greater than 55 scores or quantitative.
• Otherwise; GRE General Test Required is 153 scores or quantitative. However, if you are suspended by a small margin and have a strong history, we encourage you to apply for this scholarship program.
